It may seem strange that a book primarily concerned with the spiritual dimension of man would have anything relevant to say about physical health. However, since health has a strong influence on the mind, willpower and judgment, and these faculties are central to understand and making intelligent spiritual decisions, the Bible's counsel on health is worth considering. 1.
